Our matcha is sourced from the renowned mountain regions of Guizhou province, where cool climates, rich soil, and traditional cultivation methods produce tea of remarkable character and depth.

The tea leaves are shade-grown prior to harvest, carefully hand-picked, de-stemmed, and slowly stone-ground into an ultra-fine powder to preserve freshness, aroma, and flavor.

This meticulous process creates a matcha that is vibrant, smooth, and exceptionally enjoyable to drink.

Freshness & Quality

Each tin is triple-sealed for airtight freshness to help preserve the matcha’s vibrant color, delicate aroma, and smooth flavor from the first serving to the last.

How to Prepare

1. Sift 1–2 grams of matcha into a bowl or teacup to remove clumps.
2. Add a small splash of warm water.
3. Whisk vigorously in a “W” motion until smooth and frothy.
4. Add additional water or milk to taste.
5. Sweeten if desired.
